Other than PayPal and Gcash, the only other option I know of how you can send my wife and I a gift is through Western Union. There is a local Western Union office in town and I have received a gift through it. All you need to give them is is my name, James Andrew Arendt, and that I live in the Philippines. After that, please send me a photo of the transaction receipt to the above email address so I can show the tracking number and your name and amount of money to the Western Union lady. Thank you!
