I found this data and the Japanese chart from http://www2.ttcn.ne.jp/honkawa/2220.html Japan is the lowest with only 3.5% of the population and America is the highest with a whopping 35.9%! S. Korea is only 4.1% whereas Mexico is 30%. North Americans definitely eat too much sugar!
