The False Left-Right Paradigm
“The Left-right paradigm is a concept from political sciences and anthropology which proposes that societies have a tendency to divide themselves into ideological opposites.” — definition from Wikipedia
These “ideological opposites” are commonly referred to as left-wing vs. right-wing or liberal vs. conservative. I believe people should think more in terms of good vs. evil, God vs. the Devil, or Heaven vs. Hell (up-down). I used to think in the framework of the left-right paradigm, i.e. Communism vs. Democracy, Liberals vs. Conservatives, Democrats vs. Republicans, etc. but now I think it’s all a bunch of bunk! After years of observing how the political world operates, I have seen both liberal and conservative politicians engaged in all types of evils, meaning, things considered evil not only by Bible-believing Christians, but by honest people of all cultures and religions no matter what their political persuasion is. Examples:
Conservative so-called Christian George W. Bush invades Iraq which destabilizes it causing the death of untold hundreds of thousands of Iraqis and persecution of the Iraqi Christian minority by Islamic extremists. Do you call that “liberation from the brutal dictator Saddam Hussein who ruled Iraq With violence”? Iraq has never seen so much violence until the American invasion!
Liberal President Obama spoke the same type of rhetoric toward the Syrian regime as Bush did to Iraq. What is the difference between the present liberal-minded U.S. president and the former conservative U.S. president? There is no difference. They are both sold out to the same people who control them, the wealthy elite of this world who are seeking to create a new world order, meaning the one world government the Bible speaks of in Revelation chapter 13.
The left-right paradigm is a false paradigm. Let’s begin to think out of the box and start looking at the world beyond the confines of the left-right / liberal vs. conservative paradigm. Thinking based on the left-right paradigm will not lead one to see the big picture of true political reality. I submit to the world that we start thinking in what I call the “up-down” paradigm, i.e. good vs. evil, heaven vs. hell, right vs. wrong paradigm. You do not have to be religious to hold this paradigm. You just need to be honest enough to see that there is a conspiracy of evil controlling many or most politicians to cause them to follow an agenda of establishing a new world order in which the wealthy elite exploit the population which eventually brings the world back to the middle ages when there was no middle class, only a wealthy few ruling over an oppressed poor. George Orwell in his book 1984 outlines this very clearly.
